Day 1: HANOI-LAOCAI:

19h40: Be ready at Tran Quy Cap station( it is Hanoi Railway Station but Terminal B facing Tran Quy Cap str) for boarding your train up Sapa.

21h00: Train departs for Lao Cai & overnight on train ( the train is to arrive at Lao Cai station next morning at around 5h30 – 6h00 am)

Day 2: LAOCAI- SAPA (B-L-D)

At 06h00am: Our local tour guide greets you( with welcome banner) and enjoy a car ride to Sapa town.  Leave your luggage at Hotel , have breakfast then start the tour to Cat Cat village (3.5 kilometers to the north - a H’mong ethnic minority village) to explore their daily living and custom. The road passes Cat Cat village is a part of the route trekking up to the Peak of Fansipan for adventurers. After the tour, we go back the hotel and rest your legs for an hour.

At12.30-13.00: A delicious lunch will be served in a local restaurant.

PM: Escorted tour to visit Sapa Market, the center of town including Stone Cathedral and Sapa Stadium. Scattering on hill slopes, there are more than 100 ancient villas built by the French in 1930s. You must be attracted by the endowed natural landscape of peaceful mountainous town in Spring Time and that will surely give you wonderful photo opportunities.

In the evening: Your dinner will be served at local restaurant. Then your free time to discover the town by yourself, sitting together beside fire, tasting broiled mountainous specialty…( On Saturday evening, there are groups of H’mong ethnic minority performing complimentary Khen music(or Pan-pipe), dancing bamboo pole along the road around the stadium). Overnight in hotel.

Day 3: SAPA (B -L)

AM: Have breakfast at the hotel.At 9.00 am: Guided tour to Ham Rong mountain with many interesting spots, such as: Orchid Garden (over 300 kinds), Thach Lam, Cloud Yard, Heaven Gate, Toad Rock, Stone Garden. From the top of Ham Rong mountain, you can have a panoramic view of  Sapa with heaving red tiled roof mixed with the green of pines. (Please remember to bring foldable umbrella, coat, and socks to protect you from the changes of temperature).

The ascent of Ham Rong is stone steps. Thus you should wear sport shoes. Total time for take photos, have a rest on the mountain, go up and down the hill will be 3 hours and a half. On the way up to Ham Rong and at the market doors where most available for sales Chinese and Vietnamese traditional medicine. However, the price and quality is the same as buying at Lan Ong street.

After visiting Ham Rong: you will enjoy lunch at RED DZAO restaurant where your menu is cooked by experienced cooks.

PM: Car to transfer you to Lao Chai village (H’mong ethnic minority) and Ta Van village (Giay ethnic minority). These villages lay next to the stream which local children usually play. Along the stream, the trails down the foot of hill are rice, corn and fruit terrace fields. On the way, you can see many clouds floating in the valley in beautiful days, listening the murmuring… Along the way, you can have opportunities to chat with ethnic minority, take a rest and photos.  At around 4PM: go back the hotel. (Note: the temperature in village often is higher than in Sapa).

In the evening: Free dinner by yourself (you can eat in your Hotel or dinner out at Mimosa, Chapa, Gecko, or Luu Ly restaurant). Overnight in hotel.

Day 4: SAPA-LAOCAI-HANOI (B- L)

At 7.30 am: Breakfast at hotel. A free morning for shopping, or relaxation by yourself.  Then followed by a lunch at Dang Trung Restaurant.

At 13.00-14.00: Check out procedures.

At 14.30: Car transfer to Lao Cai. On the way, stop to visit Ta Fin village (village of Red Dao ethnic minority specializes in making brocade).

Tour guide will say goodbye in Lao Cai at a restaurant in front of station. Enjoy your time & dinner by yourself.

At 19.00 pm: Ready to queue for station gate pass and train boarding at 20h00pm. Overnight on train.

At 05.00 am( next day): Arrive to Hanoi. End of services.

The price is at $US 215.00/ per person for group of two traveling together.
