SITE TERMS & CONDITIONS

Site User Obligations:
You agree to be bound by the following obligations, including without limitation:

1. You warrant that all information you provide about yourself or anyone else shall be true and accurate when making reservation with us.

2. The transmission of threatening, defamatory, pornographic, political, or racist material or any material that is otherwise unlawful is expressly prohibited.

3. The Site and any content may not be modified, copied, transmitted, distributed, sold, displayed, licensed or reproduced in any way by you. Please note our webmaster at info@VietnamExplorerTravel.com for any personal use of our contents, or photos, but not for commercial purpose.

4. The carriage of passengers and their baggage is subject to provisions of the Warsaw convention (as amended if applicable) national legislation and the carriers conditions of carriage. Please note that airlines have their own rules and regulations with regard to e-ticketing. We cannot be held responsible for non-compliance with these regulations and strongly recommends that you check these details with your airline in advance of travel.

5. Our logo and graphics of Vietnam Explorer Travel displayed on the Site are registered trademarks by WIPO. Other company and product or service names displayed on the Site may be the trademarks of their respective owners. You are not granted any right or license to use any trademarks.

LIABILITY

Vietnam Explorer Travel JSC shall always do its utmost to provide the Services to the best of its capacity and upon the satisfaction of the Client. It is the understanding of the Parties that Vietnam Explorer Travel acts as an intermediary between the Client/Agent and suppliers like airlines, hotels, transports operators, local tourist offices, restaurants and other contractors providing the Services to the Client/ Agent. To the extent permitted by law, Vietnam Explorer Travel JSC excludes all liability in respect of any claims, loses, damages, additional costs or expenses suffered by you that relates in any way to the supply of goods or services by these Suppliers or by any third party.

Vietnam Explorer Travel JSC does not accept responsibility for any aspect, additional expenses of your holiday arrangements affected by matters over which are out of our control, including war, political crisis, riots, terrorist activity, malicious damage, sabotage, natural calamities, weather conditions, explosions, fire, flood, drought, industrial disputes or government actions/ campaigns or infrastructure failure, any airlines delays, or unrest. Wherever the matters happened are beyond our control, your patience and tolerance in such an event will make your holiday a truly rewarding experience.

Whilst every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of all such information and prices of offered service, regrettably errors do occasionally occur. You should first try to resolve service problems with the provider(s) of the service. If the problem still can not be resolved you should firstly contact your local representative or Vietnam Explorer Travel JSC or secondly phone to our Hot Line Number given in the final confirmation. If you fail to make these efforts you may be affecting your recourse for a future claim. If a problem was unable to be resolved during your holiday you should send our Vietnam Explorer Travel JSC written correspondence detailing the nature of your complaint as well as the efforts you had done to resolve the problem on the ground. Please send this correspondence to us, with sufficient supporting documentations, within 30 days of the date of service delivery. We will not consider claims reached us after this period.

In case, Clients/Agents who arrange themselves your passports and visas prior to departure, please be make sure that you are traveling with a passport of minimum 06 months validity and proper visa(s) stamps on it. Vietnam Explorer Travel JSC does not accept responsibility for any tour, services additional fees incur due to your failure of correct passports/or visa types arranged by yourselves.
