GENERAL BOOKING CONDITIONS

Except as otherwise expressly agree, Vietnam Explorer Travel JSC  and its Client and /or Agent agree that the terms and conditions for the services rendered by Vietnam Explorer Travel JSC  to the Client, whether on an individual or a tour basis ( or the "Services") shall be governed by the General Booking Conditions set out below and that the said General Booking Conditions shall form an entire part of the service contract, whether verbal or written, entered into between Vietnam Explorer Travel JSC and the Client/ Agent.

VALIDITY

All prices quoted to the Client/Agent are on a net basis and in United States Dollars and valid according to the date specified on the Vietnam Explorer Travel JSC printed tariffs and/or quotation and/or invoice issued to the Client/Agent. Vietnam Explorer Travel JSC warrants that the prices or rates quoted to the Client/Agent are correct at the time of issuing the Client's/Agent's quotation and/or invoice but are subject to change in line with market fluctuation, tax or fuel price increases, with or without prior notice.

 Selected tour partners & airlines may apply fuel supplements to the price of holidays and travel arrangements due to increases in fuel costs.  Where applicable, these additional charges are clearly mentioned in our confirmation.

  Promotion Offers price is subject to availability.  The offer is only available on the date specified & selected departure points. Usually, rate is based on minimum occupancy of two persons traveling together. We also reserve the right to withdraw this offer at any time.

RESERVATION AND CONFIRMATION

Reservations are to be made to our office or to our preferred Sales Agents. No verbal booking will be accepted. Please note that different deposit terms may apply for selected products. However, upon confirmation of a reservation, a 30% (thirty percent) deposit is requested, and the full payment must be paid at least 30 days (thirty days) prior to client's arrival in Vietnam or tour departure date, or otherwise Vietnam Explorer Travel JSC may at his sole discretion cancel the bookings without any refund of sums already paid to Vietnam Explorer Travel JSC by the Client/Agent. Vietnam Explorer Travel JSC also reserves the right to alter any arrangement (including tours, prices and services) in the best interest of its Client/Agent, with or without prior notice.

PAYMENT

Except as otherwise agreed by Vietnam Explorer Travel JSC, Client's payment shall be made by cash or credit card or bank transfer. Except for cash payment, service charge may apply. In case credit facilities has been agreed with the Client or Agent, payment shall be executed by swift or telegraphic transfers to the following bank accounts:

CANCELLATION

Prior to your service arrangement with us, our Vietnam Explorer Travel JSC will inform you clearly of cancellation policy. Please be noted that your requests for cancellation of confirmed bookings must be made in writing and be subject to the following cancellation fees applied per person, per confirmed booking.

 Cancellation of air tickets services will be subject to fees charged in accordance with the type of airfare used and airline tariff regulations. It is responsibility of the Agents or Clients to ensure that all invoice, travel documents are correct and that Client/Agent is aware of amendment fee and specific cancellation conditions at the time of making a reservation. Refunds will not be given for unused services, early departure for hotel bookings, cancelled services after your tour arrangements have began.

SPECIAL NEEDS

If you have any special traveling requirements ( flight seats, meals, bedding configuration..), you are obliged to make us aware of these at the time of booking request. For some special tour arrangements ( ie, adventure tours in remote areas), you are requested to inform us about your latest medical test results. A fully paid insurance package  is a must prior to the reservation as well. For urgent situations, our team will try our best efforts to satisfy your requirements but also the results depend on our particular suppliers' availability.

VOUCHERS

Hotel vouchers are to be issued by Vietnam Explorer Travel JSC for all official booking arrangements. A copy of the Client's itinerary will be enclosed with the hotel voucher and should reach the Client on his arrival or beginning of the arrangements booked.

INSURANCE

Insurance is excluded from all our quotation, or service confirmation except special cases clearly mentioned by us. Please note in particular that government regulations in Asia do not always require or enforce the possession of suppliers public liability insurance. Even when this insurance is in place it can be for very limited cover only. Vietnam Explorer Travel JSC does its best to work with suppliers who possess public liability insurance; however this is not always possible. We strongly recommend that all travelers should, no matter what your arrangements with our Vietnam Explorer Travel JSC, to buy insurance prior to your departure. If you are unsure about any of this detail please check with your travel agent who will be able to assist. Our Travel Consultant Team can also assist you in buying a suitable insurance package from a reliable insurance agent who is officially registered with respective local governments.

ERRORS & COMMISSIONS

We reserve the right to correct any errors in rates quoted or calculated for any service.

SECURITY

At Vietnam Explorer Travel we take security very seriously. You can rest assured that we take all aspects of your travel seriously - in fact, we'll help you feel secure throughout your travel experience.

 CLAIMS

All disputes, claims and litigation regarding the Services shall first be settled by way of negotiation and mutual understanding. In the event such negotiation and mutual understanding would fail, the disputes, claim or litigation shall be finally settled by arbitration of the Vietnam International Arbitration Center (VIAC) at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. All claims must be submitted in writing within 30 days after the end of the Services.

The travel industry in Asia is in its infancy. Our valued customers, you are having different tastes, demands so different opinions about the region's cultures, service conditions. It important to recognize that the level of service and standards in some areas, whilst improving, is not yet comparable to more mature travel destinations or to meet your expectations.
