“Visa on Arrival” means the visa that you can collect upon arrival at our airports. The advantages of Visa on Arrival are that you will not need to go anywhere to apply for the visa and it is convenient for people who really want to save their valuable time. Please be noted that our Approval Letter to obtain visa upon arrival shall ONLY be made for our customers, who book travel services( tours, hotels etc…) with us but do not have enough time to obtain visa at the Vietnamese Embassy or Consulates in their countries. Three Month Visa

3.             Malaysia - 30 Days
4.             Laos - 30 Days
5.             Indonesia - 30 Days
6.             Philippine - 21 Days
7.             Japan - 15 Days
8.             Korea - 15 Days
9.             Finland - 15 Days
10.          Denmark - 15 Days
11.          Norway - 15 Days
12.          Sweden - 15 Days

Apart from this, if you have business relationship with some APEC country members & especially you are resident(s) of APEC countries, we suggest you to go ahead with application from your residing country for APEC TRAVEL CARD. This saves time and really BIG convenience to travel easy between all APEC countries including VIETNAM, JAPAN, SINGAPORE, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND, INDONESIA, MEXICO, CANADA, SOUTH KOREA, THE PHILIPPINES, THAILAND, CHINA, HONGKONG, TAIWAN, RUSSIA, CHILE,PERU, BRUNEI .....etc. Holing a valid APEC Travel Card, you do not need to apply for visa any more each time you visit APEC countries.

New Passport Application for Vietnamese

For Vietnamese who wish to have new passport, now procedure has been simplified. If you are in Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City, you yourself can go to Immigration Department to fill in their required documents, sign and submit together with 03 recent photos of size 4x6/ each person.
